IMPORTANT:

Payment and a copy of your child's Birth Certificate (for new players) are required at the time of registration. Children WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR PLACEMENT on to a team roster unless these two requirements have been met. Birth Certificates can be mailed, faxed, or emailed to our office or you can deliver it in person. Some returning players may also have outstanding birth certificates and you will be notified by the office staff.

Please also find the new background check link and information below. Once you complete the background check please email the confirmation number you receive at the time of completion directly to [email protected] with "Background Check" as the subject.

Registration is not complete, nor is insurance valid, until a staff passcard or rec registration request is received, paid for, and subsequently approved by US Club Soccer. One may not participate with youth players until these steps are completed.
