T-CYSA Uniforms

For the Fall 2007 - Spring 2008 season, recreational teams can use the old uniforms or the new uniforms. Beginning with the Fall 2008 season, the new uniforms will be required. Here is what the new uniforms look like:

How to Order New Uniforms

1. Fill in the name of your team's coach so we get your order to the right team.
2. If you are ordering a new complete uniform fill out the first set of boxes completely so we get the right uniform to the right player.
3. If you are ordering replacement pieces then use the section appropriate to the pieces you need (jersey, shorts or socks).
4. All prices include shipping and applicable taxes.
5. Payment must accompany your order or it will not be placed.
6. Attach your checks to the order form for the correct amount payable to T-CYSA.
7. All orders will be placed as a "team" and shipped as a team so make sure there is a "team representative" in charge of getting the uniform orders collected and delivered to the T-CYSA Office so orders can be placed.
8. Orders will be shipped to a designated team representative for distribution to the players.
