The office will again carry a large supply of uniforms and will fill orders from that stock so no one will have to wait for orders to come in the mail. Also, we will not be able to take request for jersey number (duplicate jersey numbers for our recreational players is not a problem)
To make the team uniform process go as smoothly and as quickly as possible please follow the steps below:
- At your first meeting with your team please find a parent to be the team’s uniform coordinator. The office staff prefers to have contact with just one person from each team.
- Give each parent an individual order form so they can fill out what they specifically need for their child whether it is a complete new set or individual pieces to finish or replace part of a uniform they may already have.
- Then summarize each individual order on the team summary and attach the individual orders to the summary and have your uniform coordinator bring it to the T-CYSA Office with the appropriate payment. (one check for total amount is preferred) (Make check out to T-CYSA) The office does not carry change so if paying by cash please be sure to have the correct amount.
- We will call the team contact person once the order has been filled and is ready for pick up.
Individual orders can be made with the individual order form at the T-CYSA main office. Checks should be made to T-CYSA when the order is placed to ensure quick turnaround.
