			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>All Recreational teams need to have a licensed Referee grade 9 or higher. T-CYSA will reimburse class fees for individuals who sign up to become licensed and designate their referring toward a specific team for the season. This is also a great opportunity to make some extra money and learn more about the game of soccer!</p>
<p>There is one Grade 08 Referee Clinic (also applicable to this requirement) available on March 3.</p>

<p>This is a new format wherein individuals can take the class on-line with only one day of in classroom time needed.</p>

There are lots of reasons for this: damage to the field, fouling the surface, risk of infections to players, nuisance and distration to participants. But the main reason TCYSA reminds you to leave your dog at home is that Pasco municipal codes prohibit dogs on the playfields. Please respect the law and keep your dog off the soccer fields our kids play on. Thank you!</p>
